Abstract

In the present, cancer is one of dangerous disease in every country including Thailand, especially, bronchus, lung, colon, rectum, liver, bile duct cancer in men and breast, cervix uteri, colon and rectum cancer in women. The research about the anti-cancer is so important and has been very popular. There are many techniques and methods used in the study and one of them is the animal tissue culture techniques. The screening methods for anti-cancer activity as an essential step to the development of effective anti-cancer agents. This review in order to select the appropriate method based on the sample and type of cells. Thus after successful completion of such studied it might be possible to establish a versatile anti-cancer compound
