Corruption Defensive Measure Influencing Management Efficiency of Local Administrative Organizations in Bangkok

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study 1) the level of anti-corruption measures affecting the efficiency of the administration of the local administrative organization 2)the relationship of the anticorruption measures and The administrative efficiency of the local government organization The population used in this study Local administrators, civil servants, staff and personnel of the local government organization in Bangkok The number of myh’lbho 1,819 people. Specific sampling was a survey research. Research tools Data were collected as a questionnaire and analyzed using statistical software packages such as Frequency Distribution, Percent, Mean, Standard Deviation and Canonical Analysis. Correlation.
The findings of the study were indicated :
1) Level of measures to prevent corruption and administrative efficiency of the local government organization in Bangkok Personal corruption Gaps of regulations and laws Lack of public relations to let the public know Lack of knowledge and understanding And lacking morality and ethics The power, prestige and influence are at a high level. The administrative efficiency of the local government organization Regarding the rule of law, transparency, accountability, worthiness, participation and moral principles are at the same high level. 2) The relationship anti-corruption measures and the administrative efficiency of the local government organization in Bangkok Regarding the rule of law, transparency, responsibility, worthiness, participation, and moral principles have the most effect on the anti-corruption measures of the local government organization.
