Abstract

This research focuses on the development of electronic textile products for exercise by integrating microcontroller technology and various sensors, such as temperature sensors, heart rate sensors, and GPS systems, to monitor the wearer's conditions during physical activities. The exercise suit is designed with detachable components for easy cleaning and features an OLED display for real-time data visualization. Experimental results show that the suit accurately measures parameters comparable to standard devices. This research contributes to advancing smart textile technology, benefiting health and improving users' quality of life.
