สมบัติความคงทนของสีย้อมจากกากกาแฟบนผ้าใยกัญชงที่ผ่านกระบวนการมอร์แดนท์-ย้อมพร้อมกันด้วยอัลตราโซนิค

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการมอร์แดนท์พร้อมกับการย้อมสีผ้าใยกัญชงด้วยกากกาแฟโดยใช้เทคนิคอัลตราโซนิค โดยศึกษาผลของสารมอร์แดนท์ 4 ชนิด ได้แก่ โพแทสเซียมอะลูมิเนียมซัลเฟต คอปเปอร์ซัลเฟต เฟอร์รัสซัลเฟต และสแตนนัสคลอไรด์ เปรียบเทียบกับผ้าที่ไม่ผ่านการมอร์แดนท์ ต่อค่าความเข้มสีและค่าสี ตลอดจนสมบัติความคงทนของสีต่อการซักล้าง การขัดถู แสงแดดเทียม เหงื่อ และน้ำตามมาตรฐานสากล ISO ผลการทดลองพบว่าผ้าเส้นใยกัญชงทุกตัวอย่างที่ผ่านกระบวนการมอร์แดนท์มีค่าความเข้มสี (K/S) สูงกว่าผ้าที่ไม่ใช้สารมอร์แดนท์อย่างชัดเจน โดยคอปเปอร์ซัลเฟตให้ค่า K/S สูงที่สุดและให้เฉดสีเข้มโทนเขียวอมเทา รองลงมาคือเฟอร์รัสซัลเฟตซึ่งให้เฉดสีน้ำตาลเข้ม ในขณะที่โพแทสเซียมอะลูมิเนียมซัลเฟตให้เฉดสีน้ำตาลระดับปานกลางใกล้เคียงกับสีธรรมชาติของสีย้อม และสแตนนัสคลอไรด์ให้ค่า K/S เพิ่มขึ้นเพียงเล็กน้อยโดยยังคงรักษาโทนสีเดิมไว้มากที่สุด ด้านความคงทนของสี ผ้าทุกกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคงทนต่อการซักล้างและต่อน้ำอยู่ในระดับดีถึงดีมาก (4-5) แต่ความคงทนต่อการขัดถูในสภาวะเปียกลดลงต่ำกว่าสภาวะแห้งอย่างชัดเจน โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มที่ผ่านการมอร์แดนท์ ส่วนความคงทนต่อแสงแดดเทียมและเหงื่ออยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงดีในทุกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยเฟอร์รัสซัลเฟตและสแตนนัสคลอไรด์ให้ความคงทนต่อแสงสูงกว่าสารมอร์แดนท์ชนิดอื่นเล็กน้อย ผลการศึกษานี้จึงยืนยันว่ากระบวนการมอร์แดนท์-ย้อมพร้อมกันด้วยเทคนิคอัลตราโซนิคสามารถเพิ่มทั้งความเข้มสีและความคงทนของสีจากกากกาแฟบนผ้าใยกัญชงได้อย่าง
