This journal adheres to international publication ethics standards based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to ensure integrity, transparency, and trustworthiness of all published research. Authors, reviewers, and editors are required to strictly comply with the following ethical principles.

Duties of Editors

• 1. Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on the academic merit, methodological rigor, validity of the findings, significance of the research, and originality of the manuscript.

• 2. Editors shall make publication decisions after completion of the peer-review process, based solely on academic considerations, including the significance, originality, clarity, and relevance of the manuscript to the journal’s scope, without discrimination or bias against authors on any grounds.

• 3. Editors must maintain the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and must not disclose any information concerning a manuscript under review to anyone other than those directly involved in the editorial process. Editors shall also protect the privacy of authors and reviewers throughout the review process.

• 4. Editors must not use unpublished manuscript information for personal advantage

• 5. Editors must screen all submitted manuscripts for duplicate publication, redundant submission, and plagiarism in all articles before publication.

• 6. Editors must have a system in place to correct serious errors in articles and retract articles found to violate research ethics, and must not ignore or disregard errors and research ethics misconduct related to articles published in the journal.

Duties of Reviewers

• 1. Reviewers should evaluate articles within their field of expertise, considering the significance of the content to that field, based on academic reasoning, novelty, clarity, and the quality of the work. Reviewers are responsible for providing impartial opinions.

• 2. The reviewer must complete the review within the specified deadline. If unable to do so, the reviewer must promptly notify the editor so that the editor can arrange a replacement reviewer.

• 3. Reviewers must not disclose the information or content of the article to any person not involved in the evaluation process, and must not use any information, ideas, or innovations obtained through the evaluation for personal benefit.

• 4. Reviewers must not have any conflict of interest with the authors. If a reviewer discovers a conflict of interest, they must notify the editor and immediately decline to review.

• 5. If the article reviewer finds that any part of the article is similar to or duplicates the work of others, the reviewer must notify the journal editor.

Duties of Authors

• 1. Manuscripts submitted for publication must be academically valuable articles that contribute to future education and research. Authors must not fabricate or falsify data.

• 2. The submitted manuscript must be original work that has not been previously published anywhere, and must not be under consideration for publication in any other journal or academic publication.

• 3. The author must format the article correctly according to what is specified in the 'Author Guidelines'.

• 4. Articles must not contain copied academic content (plagiarism), nor be copied or adapted from the research work of others.

• 5. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest, if any.
